* Personal Note - I had my first encounter with Stinging Nettle on a business trip to London. I went jogging one afternoon through a lovely meadow....Yikes! I had no clue what it was, or why it was (aptly) called Stinging Nettle. The hairs are like getting glass needles stuck in you - very irritating. Wear proper clothing while gathering this :)

This Article has two parts. The Herb and Leaf have certain uses, and the Root has different uses. So I present two separate tables for your reading pleasure.
